Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, packages will be delivered within:

US and Canada: 4–6 business days via FedEx

Europe and Australia: 5–8 business days via FedEx

Asia: 3–5 business days

Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Tracking information will be available within 24–48 hours.

Tariffs, Taxes, and Fees

We are not responsible for any tariffs or import duties that may apply in your country.

Any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, customs clearance, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Goods

If your goods are damaged during shipping, you may request a full or partial refund.

Please take photos and retain all packaging materials before submitting a claim to our support team.

Lost Packages

If your package has not had tracking updates for more than 30 days, you may request a free reshipment or a full refund.

If your package arrives later, you may keep it—no need to return it.

No Delivery After 60 Days

If your package is not delivered within 60 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement.

If no action is taken after 65 days, we will automatically issue a refund.

If the package finally arrives, you can keep it at no cost.

$5.00 Credit for Late Delivery

If your order is not delivered on the estimated delivery date, you will receive a $5.00 store credit within 48 hours.

This credit will be emailed and can be used toward your next order
