REFUND POLICY

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. We only refund, replace or exchange unopened or damaged items and requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

No refunds will be issued after this time.

No refunds are available for:

Orders placed using a promotional code, discount, or free shipping offer

Custom labeled, personalized, or temperature-sensitive items, including botulinum toxin (Botox), injectables, or meso serums

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and it qualifies, you may return the item to our warehouse for a full refund (item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging) or request a replacement.

Free exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase if requested and approved.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional charge.

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

We do not offer returns for size, weight, or packaging changes unless the issue is our fault.

No items can be returned or exchanged without prior approval and a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN).

The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

If your return is valued at more than $45, please use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused

In the same condition in which you received it

In the original sealed packaging

The product is not eligible for return or refund due to misunderstandings about size or usage if the product received does not match the product ordered.

Please do not return the product to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.
